He has a demonstrated track record of creating strong shareholder value by developing world-class businesses. The majority of these businesses have been backed by Private Equity ownership, but also include publicly listed and privately held companies.

Over the past 19 years, he has had the pleasure of working with several different groups of highly talented professionals. Together, they have built great businesses with strong company cultures and impressive performance. His role in these teams has most often been as CEO or Chairman of the Board of Directors. He finds it truly rewarding to have the opportunity to work with so many talented people. The development of these successful businesses has also created value for shareholders.

CFO

He is a highly experienced finance professional based in Norway, currently serving as CFO at Pangea.

With over 20 years of experience, he has excelled in financial management, operational leadership, and business development across corporations and startups.

Before Pangea, he was General Manager & Finance Manager at Parker Wellbore, Investment Director at KASH Invest, and EVP Finance & Business Support at Enhanced Drilling. He also held international roles at Oceaneering and co-founded SalmoTerra AS.

His expertise spans strategic planning, financial reporting, risk management, and M&A. A results-driven leader, he holds a degree in Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

CMO

He is a seasoned marketing executive in Norway, leading business development and strategic marketing at Pangea AS.

With 20+ years of experience, he has held leadership roles in global corporations, specializing in marketing strategy, brand positioning, and business growth across energy, industrial investments, and commercialization.

Previously, he was Global Senior Product Marketing Communication Manager at Baker Hughes and VP of Marketing Communications at Altus Intervention. He also contributed to Norway’s offshore sector as a Board Member of the Norwegian Petroleum Society and Exhibition & Conference Director for OTD Energy.

His strengths include strategic marketing, business development, and brand differentiation, driving impactful market growth.

Head of Strategy

He is an experienced analytics leader based in London, heading the Analytics team at KAE, a boutique consulting firm under Invex, while also contributing to Pangea AS.

With expertise in market sizing, forecasting, and customer validation, he develops strategic planning and implementation plans for Pangea’s portfolio companies.

He holds a PhD in Engineering from Imperial College London and has led research, development, and innovation projects across sectors. At KAE, he leads complex projects requiring quantitative insights and robust analytical approaches.

His strengths include strategic analytics, business development, and quantitative research, driving impactful initiatives that enhance business growth, innovation, and market understanding.
